The Village P.r.o.j.e.c.t.s is encouraging faith-based organizations in the community to partner with St. Mary Medical Center, Long Beach, California in its efforts to educate 2-3 persons (Ambassadors) in each congregation to become resources on health issues. Training sessions will be available in English with Spanish translations available. You do not need a background in healthcare to become a health ambassador. The Ambassadors will meet the first Monday of the month (2nd Monday if there is a holiday).
