Barbara Napper RN, and Ernesta Wright relax before addressing a community group. Ernesta is the founder of The G.r.e.e.n. Foundation, and Barbara is a retired nursing professor. She was also one of the coordinators of the CINHC "Strategies to Increase Diversity in Nursing in California." Both are Village P.r.o.j.e.c.t.s participants, supporters, and advisors.
