Congratulations to Dr. Lillian Stokes

AframGlobal Organization Inc., and The Village P.r.o.j.e.c.t.s congratulate Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority Inc for its work in "Service to Humanity." Chi Eta Phi Nursing Sorority was one of the recipients of this Year's Distinguished service awards by the Orange County Black Chamber of Commerce. Chi Eta Phi Sorority Inc is one of the nation's premier professional nursing organizations with a membership of over 8,000 Registered nurses and student nurses across the United States and abroad. This group of dedicated members are committed to "Service to Humanity," and that commitment is reflected in a number of community service projects. The sorority connects with the communities in which its members reside to make a difference in access to health information, health care, and career opportunities. Dr. Lillian G. Stokes, the Supreme Basileus (National President) accepted the award on behalf of the Sorority. Also in attendance at the Award celebrations was a Past Supreme Basileus, Josephine Alexander RN, MSN; National Organizer - Elceda Bradley RN, MSN; Southwest Regional Director, Dr. Lovene Knight RN, PhD, and members of the California Chapters. We must create connections and collaborations. Our goal must be to move this system in the direction of caring what happens to persons who need it the most, and we must take our place in that effort.
